*Galilea *
This is my version of newborn Galilea, a sculpt by the talented Mercedes Alvarez Ceballos
She is produced and poured in silicone by Mercedes herself.
Rooted by the master Isabel Anguiano .
And painted by me, KrisC from The Dainty Loft.
My Galilea is the Prototype for the Silicone Edition. She is also the portrait sculpt of Lidia Torres Exposito’s baby girl

Galilea is approximately 19 inches from head to heel with straightened legs (18 inches with bent legs) and weighs 7lbs.
She is poured in one piece with Super Soft Blend silicone, making her soft and squishy. You can turn her head when she is face down.
She is a full-body, anatomically correct silicone with armatures in her arms and legs for greater pose-ability.
She an open mouth and an internal core to put a pacifier and bottle in her mouth.
She originally came with a tongue but I lost it in my move. When/if I find it, I will ship it to her mommy.
I've delicately painted and sealed everything inside to look real.
*continual rubbing on the lips can sometimes cause the top layer to peel
Her hair is a dark warm brown with a sparce hairline.
Straight and newborn and perfectly rooted by the incredible Isabel Anguiano .
I adore this style on her!!! Just like the real baby girl!
I've given Galilea hand-applied eyebrows and rooted eyelashes
I’ve even given her a tiny little umbilical stub. Just like a newborn!
With a final layer of matting, her skin is not shiny or glossy like some silicones.
Her matting is STUNNING and he has the softest, silkiest skin EVER!
Galilea has been painted by me. I have worked hard to learn and achieve the best paint techniques out there.
I use only the very best silicone paints. With this amazing paint, I have given her a rich peachy, newborn skin tone with mottling and subtle veins.
Every inch of her has been painted, made to look like a breathing baby. Tiny details and dewy touches give this little sweety a spectacular look.
All of this is an EXTREMELY time-consuming process and is difficult to achieve this look.
Everything you see on this little munchkin is unique to her.
This makes her a one-of-a-kind and not to be repeated.
She will travel home with all her outfits shown in photos, along with a blanket, pacifier, care instructions and COA.
