* IRELYN *

This is my version of sweet Irelyn, a sculpt by Lilianne Breedveld.

She is produced, poured in silicone and painted by The Dainty Loft. My Irelyn is the Prototype for the Silicone Edition.

Irelyn is approximately 2o inches long and roughly 6.8 pounds.

She is poured in Soft Blend silicone, making her extremely soft and squishy.

She is a partial silicone (head and limbs are silicone) with a cloth body. She has quarter limbs. Her body has been weighted with polyfil and a sewn pouch of glass beads.

I have put thin armatures in her arms and thicker ones in her legs for posing.

She is one of the most adorable babies to pose!!!

The original Irelyn sculpt has a closed mouth but I opened this little girl’s mouth and hollowed it out enough for her to take any type of baby pacifier. The inside of her mouth is sealed and painted.

I’ve also created a detachable tongue you can insert for cute pictures or take out if so desired.

I have worked hard to learn and achieve the best paint techniques out there. I use only the very best silicone paints. With this amazing paint, I have given her a rich newborn skin tone with mottling and subtle veins. I tried a very robust palette with Irelyn, different than most of my babies.

Every inch of her has been painted, made to look like a breathing baby. Tiny details and dewy touches give this little girl a spectacular look. Look at the baby rash on her forehead!!! Even her nails have incredible detail.
